The course promise: Liberate yourself from the daily social media content grind. Start intentionally creating content that has real value for your customers and your business. After participating in this 4-week pilot you will have the following things:

- Tools for identifying and organising the content you want to create
- A list of relevant topics specific to your business that you can create content to sell
- The step-by-step process for turning short daily social media posts into blogs, worksheets, courses, eBooks, and if you want to, full print books.

Duration: 4 x 90 minute live workshops
When: Fridays - June 10th, 17th, 24th, and July 1st
Each workshop will happen twice to help with USA/Europe time zone

What you get: Four interactive sessions combining live training with activities. You will leave each session with methods you can use as well as content and plans specific to your own business and expertise.

Week 1: The Client Journey Topic List

Week 2: The Power of 1-Minute Tips
- Learn how 1-minute tip videos are the foundation for 10 types of valuable (sellable) content
- You'll leave the session with:
- An understanding of what is possible and how it fits with your personal and business goals
- at least one set of 1-minute tip video titles
- A list of free & sellable content you can create for your business (from blogs to books depending on your goals)
Week 3: How to reuse the 1-minute videos
- See how to reuse the tip videos to create new content like checklists, worksheets, and free giveaway courses
- You'll leave with
- A step-by-step method for turning videos into valuable content
- One or more pieces of content that you can give away or sell including worksheets and checklists
Week 4: Turning tips into books & courses
- Learn how the daily social media tip videos become courses and books
- See how the multiple uses of short videos help refine your ideas as you create higher value products
- You'll leave with a road map for creating your own courses and/or books

FAQ
What is the expected time to spend on the pilot each week?
- 2 hours each week is the minimum. Anything above that should actually be time you normally spend on content creation. The idea is that you can get more done, and be happier with the progress by applying the new methods you've learned. The goal isn't to add more to your existing "to do" list. it's to speed up, improve efficiency, and get more value from the time you already spend. And perhaps even save you some time along the way!
- The pilot is 4 x 90 minute live sessions. Each session is recorded for anyone who can't make it. There will be short surveys before and after each live session that should take less than 15 minutes each week. There isn't specific homework, but I expect most people will want to continue the activities we start in the live sessions to help make progress. I will also set up a couple of Q&A sessions which are completely optional.
What is in the complete course that isn't in the pilot?
The full course will be influenced by what I learn from the people in the pilot but I expect it will include:
- Weekly Group calls to work through individual questions and issues
- Additional activities to complete in the week off between live sessions
- One or two hours 1:1 with me to work on your personal plan
- Access to all the content I've created using the method so you have examples to analyse and model
- 3 or 4 additional live training sessions in these topics:
- How to pick a content strategy: What are the different options, benefits/disadvantages of each, and how the content creation method fits with each of them
- Where to find your people online: A tutorial for the tools and methods to find where your ideal clients are already gathered online.
- Tools and methods to maximise efficiency: A walk through of the exact tool and techniques I use to save time - if possible I'll do a live demo using content from someone on the course. Plus a breakdown of what can be outsourced
- And possibly a session on SEO
